Overview

If the name of your account's primary account administrator was misspelled on initial setup, or if someone else has assumed that responsibility, you may elect to change the admin's name in Account Manager. If the name change is part of an ownership transfer, please follow our guidelines for for completing the transfer with our Billing Department.

To change the Primary Admin's name in Account Manager

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. At the top of the screen, below the welcome line and admin email, click Edit My Profile.

  3. The account admin first and last name can be changed in the Name section. (You can also change the primary contact email and phone number from this screen.)

  4. Click Save.
