If you attempt to switch dashboards in Quality Management and find that you only have one option available, this may be because you are only assigned to one group with a single dashboard option. This problem can occur when the option for Authorized Groups is disabled.
To enable multiple dashboards in Quality Management
- Go to the Settings page.
- Open the Users menu.
- Look for the group you are assigned to.
- Add your user to another group that has a different dashboard option assigned.
- Check Authorized Groups.
- Click Save.
