The 8x8 Virtual Contact Center offers an optional voicemail queue. Callers connected to this queue are able to to leave a voicemail message to be reviewed and addressed at a later time. The maximum length for a single message is five minutes. Changes (increases or decreases) to this limit cannot be made. However, there is no maximum total capacity for collective messages in a voicemail queue.
