Q: I no longer see Moderator as a role for participants. Why? How will this affect my prior scheduled meetings?

A: We have simplified by having just two roles - Host or Participant. If you have a meeting that was scheduled with the old Virtual Meeting 1.x, any participants set to Moderator will now appear as Host.

When you schedule meetings with the Virtual Office Meetings 2.0, you can click on the name of the participant you add, and click on Host toggle button to grant them Host privileges.
