Before you begin
Ensure you have installed the latest version of Virtual Office Mobile for iOS.
Connect via Wi-Fi and disable data network use
- Ensure your iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi network and not to 4G.
- Launch the VO Mobile app.
- Tap to open the main menu.
- Tap Call Mode.
- Under Data Network:
Keep in mind, you will only be able to complete phone calls, send/receive messages, and view user presence while connected via Wi-Fi. Outside of a Wi-Fi network, the app's communication functions will not work properly.
