The Virtual Office Desktop and Mobile applications exhibit issues scheduling Virtual Office Meetings that begin on Sunday, November 6, 2016 (when Daylight Savings Time ends in the United States and Canada).
Note: VO Meetings that start before or after November 6, 2016, should not be affected.
Single Meetings On 11/6/2016
One-time VO Meetings scheduled on 11/6/16 will be incorrectly shifted one hour before the desired time.
Recurring Meetings beginning 11/6/16
All sessions of a recurring VO Meeting scheduled starting on 11/6/16 from VOD or VOM will be incorrectly shifted one hour before the desired time.
Upgrade to Virtual Office Desktop 4.5.x (Beta)
In the upcoming VO Desktop 4.5.x Beta version, single or recurring VO Meetings starting on 11/6/2016 will be saved with the correct time.

Schedule with the 8x8 Outlook Integration
The 8x8 Outlook Calendar integration is unaffected by this issue. Single or recurring VO Meetings scheduled with the 8x8 Outlook Integration starting on 11/6/16 will be saved with the correct time.
Schedule with the 8x8 Google Calendar Integration (Beta)
The 8x8 Google Calendar Integration for Chrome (Beta) is unaffected by this issue. Single or recurring VO Meetings scheduled with the 8x8 Google Calendar Integration starting on 11/6/16 will be saved with the correct time.
What should I do if I have already scheduled a meeting to start on November 6, 2016?
If you have already scheduled a VO meeting starting on November 6 with an older version of Virtual Office Desktop (version 4.4.544 or earlier) you should:
- Upgrade to VOD Desktop 4.5.x.
- Delete any VO meeting starting on November 6, 2016.
- Schedule a new replacement VO Meeting with the same attendees.
