Implementation is 8x8’s personalized phone set-up service. It is the best way we know to set you up for success. In two simple steps, we will tailor your system and help you configure features important to you. Then we will check back to make sure you are up and running at maximum performance.
We highly recommend that you schedule Implementation Service by calling the Implementation Hotline at 1-866-208-9369, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Saturday. You may leave a voicemail after hours, and a representative will return your call. The Implementation Service Team is also available via email at [email protected], as well as via chat.

After your appointment has been set, you can use any of the above channels or Account Manager to reschedule online, if necessary.
The service includes
- A design consultation to determine how your phone system will manage incoming calls. This brief consultation can be completed in half an hour or less. We recommend you think about how you want incoming calls to flow through your system prior to this consultation.
- Training in Account Manager. This hour-long session will teach your account administrator to modify settings such as call forwarding rules or other valuable features, based on your system setup.
- A follow-up call to ensure your 8x8 service is functioning as intended, and you have everything you need.
