What's New for Quality Management 3.20.0
The 3.20.0 Release Notes for Quality Management and its related modules offers information required to get started with the new features and enhancements of the latest release. Please refer to the product documentation for additional details.
In this release, we introduce the following features to the base platform:

New design “Report Data is Loading”

Reset permissions button on Roles page

The generic warnings for missing permissions now display explicit information regarding missing permissions

Improved top bar design

The retention parameters are displayed on the System Summary page

For customers subscribed to the Quality Management Evaluations and Reporting functions:

Average Question report is replaced with Average Score Report

New design on Excel regarding to the Average Score Report

New design “Report Data is Loading”

This new feature has a nice friendly design, including a new message “Gathering your data...” and it also randomly displays hints/tips related to reporting.

Reset Permissions button on Roles page

Reset Permissions button offers the user the possibility to reset the system permissions to the factory default. The permissions are all checked by default.

The generic warnings for missing permissions now display explicit information regarding missing permissions

When the users tries to perform an operation for which they don’t have permissions, the application displays information regarding missing permissions

Improved top bar design

The latest Quality Management version presents a fresh look and feel for the top bar on all the pages. The top bar redesign completes perfectly the previous design changes.

The retention parameters are displayed on the System Summary page

Users have the possibility to check the number of days for screen archive retention, screen recording retention and voice recording retention.

Average Question report is replaced with Average Score Report

With a new and friendly design, the report shows average score for either evaluations, sections, or questions. Using the drop-down selectors you can easily choose to displays the average for the entire evaluations, the questions within a specific section and also the average for the individual questions.

New design on Excel regarding to the Average Score Report

The report exported to excel is completely formatted, sorted, calculated and laid out like the report was generated from.

Multiple comments per question

Quality Management version v.3.20.0 brings a great new feature. Users can add multiple comments for each evaluation question or for the overall questions. A mentioned user can write a reply on the same comment they were mentioned.

Configuration Notes

Users need permissions to use newly implemented features. To use the multiple user comments feature users need SEARCH_COMMENTS and ADD_COMMENTS to view and add comments, UPDATE_COMMENTS and UPDATE_ALL_COMMENTS to change an already written comment and DELETE_COMMENTS and DELETE_ALL_COMMENTS to remove comments.

The system does not include these permissions by default. Therefore, to enable this feature, please add this configuration parameter to role permissions.
