If your phone service has been suspended due to a billing issue and you have just made a payment, please allow 15 to 30 minutes for your phone service to be restored. Once we have processed your payment, we will have your services reactivated within half an hour.
During the reactivation process, you will see "We are reactivating your account" displayed in the Activity Since Last Payment section of your account Statements.
We appreciate your patience while your account is reactivated. If after 30 minutes your phone system has not been reactivated, please contact 8x8 Support and we will investigate. Please be sure to have your passphrase ready.
