You can check your current bill, review previous billing statements and edit your billing info in Account Manager.

To check your billing statements

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click Billing.
  3. In the View Statements box, click View.* Here, you can view your monthly statements.
    *Or click Statements in the gray box to the left.
  4. To view a summary of your billing and usage activity since your last billing date, in the pane marked View Activity Since Last Payment, click View Activity.

To edit your billing information

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click Billing.
  3. In the Update Payment/Billing Info box, click Update.* Here, you can view your account status and edit your billing preference and current credit cards on file.
    *Or click Billing Profile in the gray box to the left.
  4. To make changes to your billing profile, use the buttons and Edit link in the upper right of the page.
    • Consolidated/UnConsolidated Billing – You can decide whether to bill a single credit card or multiple credit cards.
    • Add Credit Card – Add credit cards to your account for billing. (When using consolidated billing, you may only have one “active” credit card.)
    • Change Payment Type – Elect to pay with a credit card or ACH bank account.
    • Edit – Edit information for the credit card listed to the left.

ACH Customers: Please contact Support to request a change in billing address. (Other changes, including editing or adding routing and account numbers, may be made via your Billing Profile in Account Manager.)

Invoice Customers: Please contact Support to request changes to any of your billing information. (Please note that changes made in Account Manager will not automatically update invoice billing information.)
