Objective

Running a report in 8x8 Analytics for Contact Center on Agent Login Time.

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Analytics.
  2. Select Agent Status.
  3. Select Login Time.
  4. Select Customize.
  5. Select the date then select Preview.
