8x8 Work and 8x8 Contact Center Integrations
8x8 phone integrations for Work and Contact Center provide call handling and other functionality through floating UI communication panels.
The 8x8 Work integration provides functionality to recognize callers, pop records for those callers, save basic call information, and respond to Click to Call requests initiated from within ServiceNow.
The 8x8 Contact Center provides the usual support for click to call, chat, voicemail, email, and more.
Note: As with all other integrations, the 8x8 Work integration for ServiceNow is not a softphone. It does not provide audio services and does not affect call quality in any way.
It must be used in conjunction with an 8x8 desk phone, or with the 8x8 Work for Desktop or 8x8 Work for Mobile applications.
