This ACT! integration is being retired!
- There will be no further development of this Windows-based plugin.
- It is not supported by any Admin Console-based login (Editions and X Series users).
- Users of this plugin who have been migrated from the Account Manager platform to the new Admin Console platform will no longer be able to log into this ACT! plugin.
- The cloud-based ACT 365 software unfortunately is also not supported.
Overview
8x8 Work ACT! Integration works with ACT! 2007 or higher for Microsoft Windows.
To install, download the zip file, extract the msi file to your computer, and then run the msi file.
Compatibility Issues
- As of ACT! v19, the New History window may not automatically pop up using the current 8x8 ACT! integration v1.1.7. Pressing the Ctrl+H hotkey in ACT! will force the New History window to pop. All previous versions of ACT! from 2007 through v18 do not have this issue.
- ACT! v20 and higher are not supported due to ACT! significant design changes.
