How to Report a Problem with 8x8Work for Bullhorn Panel


This brief guide explains how to report minor issues with the 8x8 Work for Bullhorn communication panel.


For immediate assistance with any issue, please contact 8x8 Support directly through normal Support channels.

This process only creates a diagnostic report which may not be immediately actionable.

You will not receive a response to a filed report.

Applies To 

This applies only to the 8x8 Virtual Office for Bullhorn Integration.

This does not apply to the Bullhorn integration used in conjunction with third-party provider Tenfold, or to the 8x8 Virtual Office phone system in general.


To report a problem:

  1. While logged into the 8x8 VO for Bullhorn communication panel, click on Settings VOBullhorn_Settings_Gear_Icon.jpg.
  2. Click Report a problem.
  3. In the Summary area of the Report Form, enter a concise description of the problem you experienced.
  4. Click File Report to complete the process.
