Description

The 8x8 Skype for Business Integration allows you to access 8x8 Work features from Skype for Business.

This integration allows for either of two call connection methods:

• Calls are handled through 8x8 Work for Desktop
• Calls are connected through WebRTC

System Requirements

• Windows 7 or later
• Skype for Business
• 8x8 Work extension credentials
• 8x8 Work for Desktop when not using WebRTC
• WebRTC requires Configuration Manager platform 8x8 Work extension credentials
