Procedure
- Check your My8x8 portal to see if you have an Implementation case open. If your Implementation Case was resolved, contact your Implementation Advisor or Sales Representative to re-open.
- Use the My8x8 Portal to leave a chatter on the existing Implementation case.
- If you are looking to schedule your initial call, see How to Schedule or Reschedule Your Call with Implementation.
- The Implementation team will respond to requests within 1 business day (aside from US Holidays).
