Tuesday, 6/26/17, and Wednesday, 6/27/17, from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. EDT, 8x8 will be conducting an infrastructure improvement for the NA9 Virtual Contact Center (VCC) platform. This maintenance allows us to upgrade to the latest generation of hardware.

No downtime is expected. However, during each 4-hour maintenance windows, platform switches will require agents to log out and back into the application. Admins of the NA19 platform have been notified by email.

  • Window 1: Tuesday, June 26, 2017 - 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. EDT
  • Window 2: Wednesday, June 27, 2017 - 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. EDT
