Setting your business hours so you can determine how your calls are routed during your open hours and closed hours. When someone calls your business number during open business hours, the Open Hours call routing workflow will be followed. Outside of business hours, the call will be directed according to your Closed Hours call routing workflow.
- 8x8 Express
- Log in to 8x8 Manager Express.
- Click Business settings.
- If you want to have 24/7 business hours (open all day, seven days per week), no further action is needed. If you want to specify when your business is open or closed, continue to the next step.
- Select I want to specify hours. Note: Check to ensure that your time zone is set properly if you will use a schedule other than 24/7.
- Use the selectors to set when your business opens, and when your business closes each day.
- When you have configured your desired schedule, click Save.
