Are agents with no data shown in the Extension Summary Report?

Answer

 'Extension Summary Report' will no longer generate empty summaries for extensions that do not have activity during a specific time frame selected. This is the correct behavior for the new Extension Summary Report.

Additional Information

This is different from the previous report Extensions Summary Report (Legacy) tool as it used to show the information for null value, however now it will not pull any information for reporting purposes, since there are none.
