Generate an Abandoned Calls in a Call Queue Report in 8x8 Analytics for Work


How to generate a report for all abandoned calls in a call queue using Analytics for 8x8 Work.

Applies To

  • Analytics for 8x8 Work


  1. Login to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
  2. Click Call Queue Queue Call Data.
  3. Select the required queuetime range, and time zone.
  4. Click Menu Select columns.
  5. Toggle Abandoned to on.
