How to check for 8x8 devices location and status in Analytics for 8x8 Work
Objective
Finding the location, status in Analytics for 8x8 Work and number of all 8x8 devices (total number of devices not PH#) within a phone system via reporting;
Applies To
- Analytics for 8x8 Work;
- Single-Sign-On;
Requirements
A minimum of X4 VO license is required to be able to access the Analytics for 8x8 Work tool.
Procedure
- Log into SSO;
- Click on Analytics for 8x8 Work;
- Hover mouse on Device Report;
- Click on Device Status;
