How to generate queue metrics in Analytics for 8x8 Work
Objective
Generate queue metrics such as number of calls, abandoned calls, average wait time etc.
Applies To
- Analytics for 8x8 Work
Procedure
- Login to Analytics for 8x8 Work
- Under Call Queue select Queue Listing
- Use the Filter Icon on the top right to select the relevant queues
