How to generate queue metrics in Analytics for 8x8 Work

Objective

Generate queue metrics such as number of calls, abandoned calls, average wait time etc.

Applies To

  • Analytics for 8x8 Work

Procedure

  1. Login to Analytics for 8x8 Work
  2. Under Call Queue select Queue Listing
  3. Use the Filter Icon on the top right to select the relevant queues
