Last Leg Disposition Shows Missed for Call Answered by Auto Attendant


Why does the Last Leg Disposition show Missed for a call that was answered by an Auto Attendant?

  • Call Detail Report


When reviewing a Call Details Report, from within Analytics for 8x8 Work, a record may show termination to an Auto Attendant with valid Talk time however the Last Leg Disposition will show Missed.

This is by design as the disposition condition Answered will only be applied to a call that is connected to a live speaker.
