The Ring Group Listing (legacy) and Details of Ring Group reports are only generated after the first user is assigned access to Analytics for 8x8 Work. Historical data for legacy Ring Group reports will not be available prior to that point.
The Ring Groups Summary reports does not have this limitation.

Historical summaries cannot be recreated for legacy reports.
