User missing from the Employee Reports

Question

Why are some users/extensions not displayed in the Display Status and Activity reports?

  • Analytics for 8x8 Work
  • Display Status report
  • Activity report
  • 8x8 Admin Console

Answer

Extensions with the "Display in company directory" option disabled will not appear in the Employee Reports.

This applies to Users, Auto Attendants, Ring Groups, and Call Queues.
