Answer

A call counts as Advanced for a Ring Group member when it is offered to the extension and not answered.

The Advanced count will go up each time the Ring Group offers a call to the member and they don't answer, even calls from the same Call ID.

Additional Information

The term Advanced (instead of Missed) is used specifically within Ring Groups because the call can still be picked up by another Ring Group member which means the call would count as Answered.
