Which members of a Ring Group Picked up a call?

Objective

Creating a report that states which members of a ring group received a call.

• Ring Groups

Procedure

The report can be found in Analytics for 8x8.

1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
2. Select Analytics for 8x8 Work.
3. Select Ring Group Summary.
   
4. Locate the Ring Group Extension.
   
5. Select View.
   
6. From the drop-down, select Call Legs (simplified).
7. The Receiver of a call will be found under Callee on Leg ID 2.
