Why to ClickToDial calls in Analytics for 8x8 Work show N/A for certain destinations?

ClickToDial calls are calls done through the Call Using feature in 8x8 Work. When a destination shows N/A, it's because the first leg of the call connected, but not the second. The first leg is the 8x8 number connecting to the preferred method of calling (i.e. a mobile number, for example), but the second leg (the call to the actual destination dialed) failed.
