Edit Granularity in Analytics for Contact Center
Edit Granularity in Analytics for Contact Center.
- 8x8 Contact Center
- Custom Reports
- Select Custom Reports.
- Next to the relevant report, select Edit (three dots).
- Select Granularity. This will open up the calendar and the Granularity where you can change from 15 min to 30 min, hour, or day.
- After making the desired changes, click Save.
