How do I pull up an extension's call report for a specific date?
Objective
Use the Extension Summary to view an extension's call report.
Applies To
- Analytics for 8x8 Work
Procedure
An extensions call report is available in the Extension Summary.
- Log in to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
- Click Call Report > Extension Summary.
- Select the appropriate date.
- Navigate down to the list of extensions.
- Click on the extension.
An extension summary will load for the dates selected.
