Why can't I change time zone in Analytics for 8x8 Work?

Answer
The time zone follows the setting for the PBX and cannot be changed within Analytics for 8x8 Work. This is a limitation for reports that are still served from the legacy platform. Changing the time zone for the PBX can be done in the Admin Console:
- Log in to the Application Panel.
- Select Admin Console.
- Click on Company from the SETUP row.
- Click "PBX" in the upper left.
- Click on the pencil icon to edit the PBX settings.
- Under "Time Zone" select the desired option from the drop down menu.
- Click "Save"
The time zone can be changed on reports that have been migrated to the new Analytics platform by clicking on the time zone at the top of the page.
