How to share a Youtube video in 8x8 Work meetings

Play recordings to the other users in the meeting

Procedure

1. While you are in the meeting, on the right down corner press on the three dots and select Share a YouTube video. 
   
   
    
2. A new window will open where you have to add the link and click share. 
3. When you want to stop the recording to play, press again on the three dots on the right down corner and click on Stop YouTube video.
   
   
    
4. If the content is not on YouTube, you can upload it in unlisted mode and share it with the users.
