Why is the virtual background image backwards?

Answer

All other participants will see the "normal" view of you and your background.

The image you see for your own video feed in a Meeting is flipped and presents a mirror image of your video feed only to you. This will cause any text contained in the background image to appear mirrored in your thumbnail and in in the main display if you're focused on your own video feed.

If you want to see the same view other participants see, you can "flip" the background image by clicking on the 3 dots in your thumbnail video and clicking on "Flip"
