When you are in a meeting and shift focus to another application or window, this picture in picture window pops up:

This window allows you to do a few things:

• Always be able to see the active speaker or screen sharing.
• Gives you the ability to mute or un-mute your microphone, leave the meeting, and start or stop your webcam. 
• Gives you the ability to move the window around by clicking and dragging the window.  

Additional Information

Important: There is no way to disable this feature. However, if you shift focus to VOD, the picture in picture window will disappear.
