Can a user with two phone numbers assigned choose which one they will send SMS messages from?
- 8x8 Admin Console
- 8x8 Work for Desktop
- 8x8 Work for Mobile
Only one user-assigned phone number at a time may be enabled for SMS in an 8x8 user profile.
If you have more than one phone number assigned to your user profile, as of February 15, 2023 only an 8x8 Admin Console administrator may enable SMS for a specific phone number.
As of February 15, 2023, an SMS Campaign must be successfully registered in 8x8 Admin Console in order to enable SMS for 8x8 Work users.
