Inbound calls are offered to the end user whilst the end user is busy on the line.
- When a user is busy
- When a user does not answer the call within 10 seconds
- Admin Console
- Forwarding Calls
- Ensure call waiting is not enabled on the extension.
- Check to see if the extension is on DND status, which causes calls to overflow to the extension`s voicemail.
If the call waiting is enabled, it will not follow call forwarding rules and offer calls to the end-user.
