How to Find Which PBX a Site Belongs to in Admin Console

Objective

Identifying what PBX a Site belongs. Sometimes you may need to identify the PBX for your Site in order to run reports using Analytics for 8x8 Work.

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
2. Select Sites.
3. Using the search bar in the upper right corner, search for the desired site.
4. Click on the Site or anywhere in the white space to highlight the Site.
   
5. You will see the listed PBX in the expanded right column for your Site.
