In your 8x8 Billing Statement there are unexpected Usage Charges.
In the Statement Summary section, there are 'Usage Charges'.
In the Statement Details - Services section there are Usage Charges for the 8x8 Work licenses.
When you click the 'Service ID' link the Service Details opens:
In the Summary section there are no Usage Charges.
In the Call Recordings section there are no call recordings.
In Admin Console, selecting all the call recordings shows the size of the selected files is less than the account Call Recording size limit.
