Setting Caller ID for Emergency Services
Objective
The Caller ID for emergency services can be set in 8x8 Admin Console.

- 8x8 Admin Console
Procedure
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Click Company.
- Navigate to Emergency Display Name.
- Select Internal Caller ID or External ID.
At this time, the External ID option is available to US customers only.
- Click Save.
