Setting Caller ID for Emergency Services

Objective

The Caller ID for emergency services can be set in 8x8 Admin Console.

  • 8x8 Admin Console

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
  2. Click Company.
  3. Navigate to Emergency Display Name.
  4. Select Internal Caller ID or External ID.

    At this time, the External ID option is available to US customers only.

  5. Click Save.
