Contact Center Extension Visible in Handset after Being Set to Hidden in 8x8 Admin Console
Symptom
8x8 Contact Center extensions are visible in Poly handset directory when set to hidden in 8x8 Admin Console. The extension can't be seen in Work for Desktop and Work for Mobile, only in the handsets.

Resolution
Unfortunately, these duplicates cannot be removed or manipulated. It is recommended to use Work for Desktop for the directory instead.
