How to Update a User's Emergency E911 Address to Match Validated Site Address

Objective

Confirm that every user in this site has a validated E911 address.

Applies To

• 8x8 Admin Console

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
2. Select Users.
3. Find a user's extension and click Edit.
4. Select or scroll down to Emergency address.
5. In the drop-down menu, select the option: same as site address.

Additional Information

Optional: There is also an option to use the bulk upload (Home > Users > Bulk Upload) to update the E911 address via .csv template.
