Setting Internal Caller ID in 8x8 Admin Console
Objective
Set up Internal Caller ID. This can be configured by a user or administrator.

Procedure
Set the Internal Caller ID
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Click Users.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Click Internal Caller ID from the menu on the left.
- Enter the First Name and Last Name to be displayed.
- These fields default to the same values as the Basic Information section .
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
