Single Sign On Not Available for Previously Enabled Users


Single Sign On is not available for users for whom it was previously enabled.

Re-enable SSO log-in for users.

  1. In Admin Console, reset the affected user to default settings.
  2. Advise the user to log in one time using their 8x8 password.
  3. Have them log out. The next time they try to log in, the SSO option should be available for them.
