Single Sign On Not Available for Previously Enabled Users
Single Sign On is not available for users for whom it was previously enabled.
- Single Sign On
Re-enable SSO log-in for users.
- In Admin Console, reset the affected user to default settings.
- Advise the user to log in one time using their 8x8 password.
- Have them log out. The next time they try to log in, the SSO option should be available for them.
