How to Configure Custom 0 Dial Out for Voicemail in 8x8 Admin Console


Setting up the ability to press zero in the middle of a voicemail prompt to route back to the operator.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Admin Console
  • Voicemail Settings


  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the User you wish to edit.
  4. Under Voicemail Settings, toggle ON (blue) the setting to enable Custom 0 Dial Out.
