Unable to set call forwarding to voicemail


Unable to set call forwarding to voicemail.

Applies To

  • Users
  • Work Groups
  • Ring Group
  • Call Queue


As a workaround until the issue is fixed

  1. Edit the Call Forwarding rule
  2. Instead of selecting Voicemail, please select, Selected user or service
  3. Type 555 in the search box
  4. Click on Dial: 555
  5. Click Save
