Voicemail Settings section is missing for a user


Why do some users have no Voicemail Settings section when editing them in 8x8 Admin Console?

The user is assigned a Lobby license.

Lobby licenses do not include voicemail service so the Voicemail Settings section will not be present when editing users with a Lobby license assigned.
