Your Account Is Not Set Up to Log in From This URL

Symptom

When attempting to log in to 8x8 Agent Console, you receive an error that reads, "Your account is not set up to log in from this URL."

Applies To

  • Agent Console

Resolution

  • Try a different browser window.
  • If the above does not resolve this, try opening a session in Incognito Mode.
  • If the above works, try clearing Cache and Cookies to enable log in from your original browser.
  • Check your URL is correct formatted (e.g., https://sso.8x8.com/login/vcc-naX).
