Symptom

When attempting to log in to 8x8 Agent Console, you receive an error that reads, "Your account is not setup to login from this URL."

Resolution

• Try a different browser window.
• If the above does not resolve this, try opening a session in Incognito Mode.
• If the above works, try clearing Cache and Cookies to enable log in from your original browser.
• Check your URL is correct formatted.
