This feature is disabled by default and will need to be enabled by 8x8. If you'd like this feature enabled, please raise a case with support. Enabling this feature will affect all Call Queues and Ring Groups.
Delivery of voicemail notifications to Call Queue members enabled to access Call Queue voicemail is determined within the setup of each individual extension.
