How to Create a Call Queue in Admin Console

Objective

To create a Call Queue in 8x8 Admin Console.

  • 8x8 Admin Console
  • Call Queues

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console. 
  2. Click Call Queues.

  3. Click Create Call Queue.

    Note: If you have not created a Call Queue before, click Create Call Queue in the middle of the page.
