8x8 Work E-fax rate-limiting (Failed to send fax)

Symptom

The 8x8 Work e-fax service is failing to send additional faxes while three faxes are simultaneously in progress.

Cause

We are currently limiting e-faxes to a maximum of three (3) faxes in parallel per extension, the fourth fax will fail to send until in-progress faxes are complete. Pending faxes will also be sent out even if three faxes are being sent after the sending attempt hits a maximum time in the sending queue.

We are currently working on a solution to enhance our e-fax service.
